Installation has been required on plastic-injection Arburg CNC,
with SELOGICA and MULTRONICA controls. The user was specially worried about [1]
finding no more floppy drive replacement. The user was also specially worried
about [2] program/system floppies, non-readable by the PC, beginning to rotten and
becaming unreliable.
Unreliable junk emulator has been removed
Special floppy backup software has been installed and configured
All program/recovery floppies are now safely backed up in the central server
Old floppy drive has been low-level analyzed and EMUFDD properly configured to emulated it
Non-standard floppy drive connector has been replaced with a standard one
1.5m special floppy flat/power cable has been installed for "shared" EMUFDD usage on multiple machinery
Machine is now being able to load all existing programs and also to create new ones

Getting EMUFDD you'll also receive the free ARB2IMG software to export ARB (.arb) files
directly into a virtual floppy file (.img), that you can immediately playback on your machinery
using USB or network EMUFDD unit. No more need to have the arburg software running on an old
PC with floppy!
